About Me
Anarsha, the eldest of three siblings, developed a strong sense of leadership and vision early on. Inspired by her parents' migration journey and surrounded by a family of entrepreneurs, she witnessed the success of businesses like construction companies, auto body shops, salons, restaurants, and real estate. Her hands-on experience in managing her parents' commercial building, which housed a convenience store and apartments, fueled her passion for business and honed her management skills from ages twelve to fifteen. Anarsha discovered her talent for hairstyling at the age of six, building a client base with friends through elementary and middle school. By high school, she unknowingly established her first entrepreneurial venture, offering services from her parents' home and providing mobile services for years.
Meet Anarsha O'Mealy
In 2015, Anarsha's home-based clientele had grown into a six-figure business, prompting her to seek a storefront. Despite an organized appointment system, the space couldn't handle the increasing traffic. While under a rent-to-own deal for her residence, Anarsha, seeking mentorship, faced a setback in property acquisition due to inexperience. Facing potential homelessness, a client connected her with a Real Estate Broker, starting a path to mentorship and her first property purchase. Despite its initial state, she turned the commercial space into her business, Slay Beauty Bar, using profits for renovations. The apartment above became her first Airbnb listing within the first year.

Anarsha's Journey
Through the success of her salon and Airbnb, Anarsha expanded her property portfolio, employing a "house hacking" strategy in multifamily properties four times before acquiring her own home. With patience and discipline, practicing delayed gratification, she amassed over a million dollars in property within a few years.
Retiring from "behind the chair" cosmetology in July 2021, Anarsha shifted her focus to Real Estate, Management and scaling her beauty business. Guided by faith, constant gratitude, humility, and purpose, she established Anarsha's Heart Foundation, set to launch in January 2022. The foundation aims to give back to the community through training, affordable housing, philanthropy, and collaborations with other organizations, ensuring a lasting impact for generations to come.
